Upendar Alavala is a dedicated educator, visionary leader, and language expert committed to nurturing young minds through meaningful and practical education. He completed his M.A. from Osmania University and also pursued B.Ed and LL.B at the same institution.
He began his journey in education by establishing Moon Light Coaching Center in June 2000 at Vidyanagar, Hyderabad. With a strong vision to provide quality education, he went on to found Zenith and Little Flower’s High School in 2006. Since then, he has been successfully leading Little Flower’s High School, creating a positive and student-centered learning environment.
To strengthen his leadership in education, he received training from the Indian School of Leadership Institute, which helped him effectively cater to the needs of both students and teachers.
He is also the founder of Simple English Hub, where he trains students both online and offline. As an author, he wrote “Essential Basic Simple English – 1 & 2” in 2009. Widely recognized as a Simple English Expert, he has helped hundreds of learners improve their spoken English through simple and practical methods.
His core philosophy is:
“Don’t give a person fish to eat; teach them how to catch fish.”
He strongly believes in teaching students how to learn, enabling them to become independent and lifelong learners.
Beyond academics, he has an interest in holistic development. He learned naturopathy under Dr. Ramachandra and has completed programs such as Sudarshan Kriya, DSN, Sahaj, and Advanced Meditation at the Art of Living International Center.
Through his dedication, experience, and passion for education, Upendar Alavala continues to guide Little Flower’s High School towards excellence.
